What is LifeElixir ?
LifeElixir are ruby, diamond and emerald gem elixirs on sucrose pillules, developed by Dr Peter Gruenewald, MD, integrated physician, author and founder of the HeartSpheres approach to managing stress and developing resilience; and Mohammed Ramzan, community and homeopathic pharmacist and owner of Buxton & Grant Pharmacy, Bristol.
The preparation of the elixirs has been inspired by experiences in the field of complimentary medicine, traditional approaches to the medicinal use of precious stones (Ayurveda, Hildegard von Bingen and Paracelsus) and anthroposophic spiritual research.
What is LifeElixir designed to do?
The elixirs have been developed to aid the organism in supporting physical and emotional health and wellbeing, vitality and performance; also to enhance energy levels, maintain youthfulness and to support self-healing.
Is LifeElixir safe?
The elixirs are natural and safe and can, like Bach Flower Remedies, be used in conjunction with herbal treatments, homeopathy, anthroposophic medicine and conventional medications. It is safe for everyone, including children, pregnant woman and elderly.
How has LifeElixir been made?
A ruby, an emerald and a white diamond of high quality and purity were soaked in alcohol exposed to day light during sunrise and sunset to create the ‘mother elixir’. When not exposed to daylight at sunrise and sunset, the container was covered and kept in the dark. The elixir was removed from the jewels, and thereafter diluted, succussed, and sucrose pillules were impregnated with the elixir. The alcohol completely evaporated.
LifeElixir has been taken through a process of activation (dilution and sucussion)
How should I take the LifeElixir ?
Take one pillule once daily immediately after rising.
Life Elixir should preferably be taken at least 15 minutes before eating and drinking.
In acute conditions it can temporarily be taken up to 5x a day.
Put one pillule under your tongue for approximately 1 minute, thereafter you can suck, chew or swallow it.
In case of a temporary initial aggravation of known symptoms, discontinue for 3 days, decrease frequency to 3x a week and/or dissolve 1 pill in a glass of water, stirred with a wooden or plastic spoon and drink one sip. You may also proceed in the same way, if after an initial improvement old symptoms slightly reoccur.
For a most beneficial outcome it is advisable to continue taking LifeElixir at least for 5 weeks. The benefit of the treatment can often be observed after a few days; in some cases it may take up to 4 weeks. If beneficial, you may wish to continue beyond initial improvement. For a longer lasting and more in depth effect it may be beneficial to continue with the remedy for several more weeks. There is no recommended time limit and you can take LifeElixir as long as you feel the benefits and continue to make progress.
How should I store the tablets?
Store the tablets in a dry and dark space, away from sunlight and heat.
What are the quality standards of production?
LifeElixir has been produced in accordance with health, safety and hygiene standards, and labeling laws of community pharmacy under the supervision of a pharmacist.
Does taking LifeElixir cause any side effects?
No side effects have been established from the use of gem-essences and elixirs so far, nor have there been with LifeElixir. Should you experience any new symptoms or any deterioration of your health, which may well be a coincidence, please see your doctor or health professional as soon as possible.
Initial mild aggravation of known symptoms
In rare cases you may notice a mild initial aggravation of already existing symptoms, which usually resolves within a few days by itself. To reduce this initial aggravation, you may then want to reduce the frequency of taking the remedy to 2-3x a week, and then reintroduce it 1x daily a.m. after a week or two.
Are LifeElixir medications?
No, they are not medication. LifeElixir are gem elixirs that is regulated as a food, just as other gem and Bach Flower essences.
Is there any reason why I should not take LifeElixir ?
LifeElixir pillules are made from sucrose. In the rare case that you should suffer with a known intolerance to sucrose, then please do not take LifeElixir.
Are there any interactions with conventional medication or other complementary remedies?
No interactions with conventional medication have been reported from the use of gem-essences and elixirs so far and nor has this been the case for LifeElixir . The elixirs can be used alongside conventional medication and complementary treatment. As your general health may improve, you may need to review your conventional treatment with your health professional after a while.
